Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every ELXR device. If it's not right for you, we'll refund it.

14-day refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason, including if you simply change your mind.

How to ask for one

Request a refund at paddle.net (look up your order with the email you used), or email [email protected] and we'll arrange it for you.

Bought through Payhip? Email [email protected] with your order email and the device name, and we'll refund it through Payhip.

What happens next

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5–10 business days to show up. Once a product is refunded, its licence ends and you should delete the files.

After 14 days

If something isn't working after the refund period, email us anyway. We'll help fix it, and we'll look at refunds case by case, for example if a product doesn't work as described and we can't fix it.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
